A women’s cooperative produces embroidered goods as a means of supplementing their income. By working together, they are able to improve their economic situation. The women also participated in a course on spirituality and a workshop on women’s rights. Mission Mexico funds allowed the co-op to purchase threads, fabrics and other needed materials as well as providing transportation.
