This group of sisters supported themselves by baking and selling cookies out of a run down building in Texcoco. They provided support and guidance to surrounding communities with their meager resources. MMEX undertook a major building project for the sisters – the construction of a convent, novitiate (training centre for nuns), library and chapel.
